Give as exact a date or period as possible when the incident/damage occurred
Burst pipe, overheating appliance, lightning strike, theft, vandalism, robbery, driving rain, flooding, wind damage, ...
Give as detailed a location description as possible of where the damage can be found.
Walls, windows, ceiling, floor, furniture, television set, ...
When are you in Spain, when can you be reached, etc.
I hereby confirm that I have entered all the data correctly so that Segurantis can open a claim file with the insurance company. Segurantis may use my data for this purpose to pass on to third parties.

Segurantis will open your claim file with the insurance company and provide feedback in your own language. Keep in mind that once the file is opened and Segurantis has given all your information the communication between you as the policyholder and the insurance company will continue. In case of need for support we will always try to help you further. The language of the repairmen is Spanish and the second language is English.

Segurantis is not responsible for any errors communicated to us. After opening an insurance file you, the policyholder, are responsible for checking the data. Are there any inaccuracies please inform Segurantis immediately so that changes can be done.
